When therapy is working, life often feels less lonely. Anxiety becomes more manageable, emotions feel less overwhelming, and relationships feel healthier and more connected. You begin trusting yourself more, responding rather than reacting, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

About Imonni:

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, questioning who you are, or moving through a season of change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with teens and adults in Fresno and across California who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, or struggles with setting boundaries. Many of the people I work with arrive feeling anxious, disconnected, or uncertain about their next step, and many are simply ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself.

In our work together, you’ll find a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and accepted, not judged or pressured to be anyone other than who you are. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), California Registration #AMFT147623, and my approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to be fully themselves. My role is to help you explore what’s getting in the way, strengthen your ability to move through difficult emotions, and build practical awareness and confidence in your day-to-day life.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, boundary-setting, and identity exploration. Together, we focus on the deeper emotional patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, while also building real confidence in how you show up day to day. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, working to set healthier boundaries, or exploring who you are, you don’t have to have it all figured out before we start.

My presence in session is warm, curious, and affirming. I am passionate about creating an environment where people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences feel genuinely welcome, and cultural awareness, curiosity, and openness are central to how I show up as a therapist. I value authenticity, collaboration, and progress over perfection. You stay in control of the pace and direction of our work.

What I consistently help people move toward is a life that feels less lonely, less reactive, and more connected. Anxiety becomes more manageable, emotions feel less overwhelming, and relationships grow healthier. You already have strengths within you, and my role is to help you access them and create change that feels aligned with who you are.

Imonni’s Approach to Therapy

Imonni’s work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to be fully themselves. Her goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and accepted.
A Space Where You Feel Seen
Imonni believes change begins with feeling emotionally safe enough to slow down and be honest. She creates a steady, supportive space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to perform. You feel seen, heard, respected, and accepted, which makes it possible to explore the things that are harder to say out loud.
Patterns Underneath the Surface
Imonni tends to focus on the deeper emotional patterns beneath what you’re experiencing, while also helping you build practical awareness in your day-to-day life. Together you’ll look at what’s getting in the way, strengthen how you move through difficult emotions, and develop healthier boundaries. This is about understanding yourself, not fixing yourself.
Affirming, Culturally Aware Care
Imonni is passionate about creating an affirming environment for people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. Cultural awareness, curiosity, and openness are central to how she shows up. She values authenticity, collaboration, and progress over perfection, meeting you with genuine respect for who you are and where you come from.
Accessing Your Strengths
You already have strengths within you, even when they feel hard to reach. Imonni’s role is to help you access them and create change that feels aligned with who you are. You begin trusting yourself more, responding rather than reacting, and moving through life’s transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
