About Working With Me

You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to holding it all together, but something underneath feels unsettled. Maybe a life transition cracked open old memories. Maybe your reactions don’t align with who you know yourself to be. Or maybe you’re simply tired of coping and ready to understand why certain patterns keep showing up.

Our work is intentional and unrushed. We focus on what’s happening right now, in your thoughts, your body, and your relationships, because the past has a way of resurfacing until it’s fully processed. Together, we explore how fear took root, how your nervous system learned to protect you, and how those strategies may no longer serve the life you want moving forward.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and steady encouragement into the room. I’ll meet you where you are, challenge you when it counts, and support you as insight turns into real-world change. Using trauma-informed care, neuroscience, and practical tools, our work stays grounded and actionable. For many clients, EMDR becomes a pivotal moment—unlocking shifts that feel both profound and deeply relieving.

We define success collaboratively. Early on, we identify three core goals rooted in your values—not external expectations. Progress is tracked thoughtfully, small wins are acknowledged, and growth is measured in ways that actually matter to your life.

What Clients Say About Our Work Together

Clients often describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more at home in themselves over time. Many share that they finally understand their emotional reactions instead of feeling controlled by them. Others notice increased confidence, stronger boundaries, and a sense of internal steadiness they didn’t realize was possible.

A common reflection I hear is: “I feel like myself again, but more grounded.”

About Me

I specialize in working with women who are ready to look inward, not because they’re broken, but because they know there’s more freedom available than what they’re currently living. Many of my clients are educated, motivated, and outwardly “fine,” yet privately overwhelmed, triggered, or questioning how old experiences continue to shape their present choices.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your pace. I believe meaningful change happens through small, sustainable shifts in perception, thinking, and choice, those quiet moments that eventually carry you to a different life entirely.

You don’t have to climb the mountain all at once. We focus on the next right step, and let momentum do the rest.
